Main Duties:
Analyzing and resolving problems timely
Following established processes to:
Investigate lost or damages packages
Process claim paperwork and determine appropriate payments
Facilitate communication with customer and internal groups to resolve a variety of issues
Solving billing inquiries and claims
Handling dispute
Others
Retrieval, update and utilization of customer information from mainframe systems
Will be required to answer inbound calls and make outbound calls.
Will be required to answer inbound emails and send outbound emails to both internal groups and customers.
Additional duties may include, but are not limited to filing, mailing, faxing, duplicating, processing forms and typing.

Skills:
Diploma above
1 year above work experience
Ability to speak fluently in English
Excellent telephone manner
Professional customer relationship skills
Professional manner- articulate and concise
Effective listening and communication skills
Must perform work with minimal supervision

Ability to work on own initiative and make decisions
Ability to maintain professionalism under pressure
Aptitude for problem solving
Keyboard skills
Must be available to work flexible shifts
Remark:
Shift Working Time:
7:30am - 22:00pm (Monday to Friday)
7:30am-19:00pm (Saturday)
work 8 hours everyday
