职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、负责项目现场所有物资的入库、出库及领用情况的登记、报表。
2、严格执行工地和项目部对材料管理的一切规章制度，认真做好本职工作，为项目把好材料质量关。
3、熟悉各种材料性能和质量。对不合格产品、成品、半成品坚决不能入库。
4、库房所进出货物必须建立健全台帐，督促工程人员在出库单签字。分类明确，摆放整齐，标识有序，以便发放领用忙而有序。要随时观察库存商品的库存情况，及时申购补充所需物品。
5、做好每月消耗与库存盘点。不能做假帐，以虚充实，弄虚作假，并将每月报表提交财务核对。
6、现场清收各类材料，须亲临接受。按实收数目入帐，杜绝虚报实收数目；杜绝清收不合格产品、成品、半成品。
7、协助资料员、试验员做好需做复检材料的准备工作，提供各种材料的材料合格证等。
8、经常亲临施工现场，督促各分部分项工长对材料的合理使用，减少材料浪费。如发现材料浪费立即制止，并对当事班组开处罚单交财务扣除执行。

任职要求：
1.大学专科及以上学历，工程类或工程经济类、仓库管理类相关专业优先。
2.对水电暖工程施工及相关专业知识有全面系统的了解；
3.基本财务记帐，会使用电脑。
3.1年以上水电暖工程管理及仓库管理经验者优先。
4、能承受较大的工作压力，吃苦耐劳，适应环境能力强，有事业心和责任感，良好的团队合作精神
