1. Familiar with agile development and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery
2. Strong python, Linux, Bash, database and JavaScript skill
3. Familiar with Git and Jenkins or other CI tool
4. Strong documentation skill
5. Strong communication and team work
6. Fast learning and open minded, self-motivated
7. Strong web development experience, must know HTTP
8. Experience on networking devices, such as firewall, router or switch （Plus but not required）
