Contact Center Leader



Responsibility

1.Deliver department target in scope along with defined objective

2.Manage and drive standardized global processes, and lead new business

3.Take steps to maximize customer satisfaction, and build strong and lasting customer relationships

4.Be responsible for full interactions with other functions and off-shored team for optimal efficiency

5.Monitor performance against set KPI's, take corrective action where necessary, and drive continuous improvement for all process in scope

6.Keep on improving the team performance

7.Hire/select the right team member

8.Attract and retain talent

9.Develop, coach and lead the team




Requirement

1.The ideal candidate will be a person with experience in managing customer service process team including interaction, relationships with direct customer for at least 2 years, experience in off-shore service is better.

2.Good spoken English, the candidate can communicate with off-shore customer fluently.

3.A good sense of urgency and result orientation

4.A leader that inspires, motivates, coaches, communicates & collaborates.

5.An excellent leadership skill to manage multiple skill group

6.Basic knowledge of IT or computer is better.

7.Effective change management skill to drive support Organization strategy

薪水架构：底薪*12M+年终奖
