For Siemens Electrical Apparatus Ltd Suzhou Chengdu Branch, we are looking for Business Excellence Specialist in Chengdu. This role will be responsible for SEWS employee suggestion system (3i) management; communicating with internals and externals; events conference arrangement

What are my responsibilities/我的工作职责是什么?
-SEWC employee suggestion (3i) management
-Be coordinator for 3i program implementation in SEWC, promoting 3i concept in SEWC to motivate people to contribute ideas and implement them to success.
-Utilize SLC 3i IT platform to process the 3i activities.
-Organize 3i award activities
-Internal communication: Setup effective communication methods to transfer updated SEWC key status to employees. e.g. intranet, newsletter, town hall meetings….
-External communication: Present SEWC profiles to related parties and public by suitable communication material and
documentation; Visitors’ activities arrangement
-Event arrangement
-Conference arrangement

What do I need to qualify for this job/我如何才能胜任?
-Understanding of the most important product and processes in Electronic Industry;
-Presentation skills;
-Innovative technologies for presentations and events;
-Scheduling and organization;
-Communication and presentation technologies;
-> 3 years experience in production environment; preferably experience in electronics manufacturing industry.
-Knowledge in production processes and Siemens Automation products
-Experiences in event management for customers.
-Basic knowledge in marketing
-> 3 years experience in a manufacturing environment.
-Be capable to present product and production processes.
-Excellent communication and presentation skills
-Capable to cooperate in an diverse, international environment
-Experience in an international company is preferred
