For Siemens Electrical Apparatus Ltd Suzhou Chengdu Branch, we are looking for General Affairs Manager in Chengdu.

What are my responsibilities/我的工作职责是什么?
1. Maintain business-oriented government relations
- Establish and maintain business-oriented government relations
- Promote Siemens image and introduce Siemens portfolios to government
- Participate in external official meetings
- Coordinate high-profile government related visits and meetings
2. To manage GMO office
- Supervise administration of the GMO office
- Act as adviser for directors of Branch Operation
- Attend and take minutes of Steering Committee Meeting with HQ
3. Legal and Commercial Support
- Liaise with auditors, lawyers and tax advisers
- Negotiate the terms of new business contracts
- Ensure the branch operation meets its compliance obligations and observing all legal requirements
- Represent the branch operation in dealings with other companies

What do I need to qualify for this job/我如何才能胜任?
- At least 5 years of relationship management with government authorities
- An understanding of the legal system and its effect to the company
- Experience in dealing with large infrastructure projects
- Strong interpersonal and communication skill; High impact consultancy
- Able to analyze and solve problems
- Management and organizational skills
- At least 5 year working experience in multinational company
