Introduction:
To drive and enforce facility management related programs and initiatives; To assist facility manager in the development and enforcement of standards as stipulated in Siemens security policies, guidelines; To assist facility manager in developing and driving security and emergency response program and training as required.

What are my responsibilities?
- To develop, control and audit programs and measures implementation in facility management; Response and manage the security system and fire alarm terminals , manage and direct all security staff , ensuring the proper and continuous operation ; Conduct necessary audit and test, ensuring competency and efficiency during emergencies;
- To serve as the main liaison; To equip with all necessary devices, tools and information for Crisis Management activation;
- To develop the security policies, guidelines, processes, drive and audit the implementation of the security standards. Conduct periodic review session with vendors to achieve quality service level provided by security vendor;
- Response to security incident and emergency; develop and drive security and emergency response programs and training, ensuring a high level of awareness by company employee during incident and emergency;
- Produce and provide accurate periodic operation reports to FM manager;
- Responsible for fire prevention, vendors training on site, waste management, parking lot mgt, key mgt etc.


What do I need to qualify for this job?
- More than 3 years of experience in the field of security management;
- Security process and procedures development; produce emergency response plan and training; security event, incident and emergency response experience;
- Process development or property management is help;
- Vendor management, security management skill;
- Good communication and coordination ability;
- Team player and full of sense of responsibility;
- Change Management, Collaboration & Influencing, Customer Orientation;
- Average or above English communication ability;
- Experience in an international company is preferred;
