职位描述

Mission of Function
Establish IT processes for launching a new plant for industrial electronic products.
Take over position of team leader of IT SCM, ERP, PLM processes.
To ensure the active provision of advice to improve IT support as regards scope, quality and costs. To ensure that all customer requirements are recorded in full and evaluated. To be involved in the sustainable and rapid implementation of customer requirements with regard to IT support for its business processes in the context of IT strategy, IT architecture and IT roadmap.

Dimensions of Function
Responsible for PLM, SCM, ERP processes: Leading IT staff.

Task
-Project : PLM/ERP/MES/Infrastructure.
-Cooperation on the development of IT Architecture (PLM, SCM, Production) for the new plant: Aligned to I IA IT architecture
-Recording demands:
Advising business/process owners on the optimization of their processes and their IT support: Clarify Interfaces, functionality, time schedules, IT budget planning, required ressources/ capacity, Capacity planning, roll out plan, training and qualification planning, integrate required suppliers, describe tasks for later maintenance, lead of start up phase in china,
-Analysis of demands:
Contributing to the demand specification/blueprint
Ensuring conformity of intended solution with the IT strategy/IT roadmap
Ensuring conformity of architecture-relevant demands with the IT architecture
Obtaining feasibility statement regarding the requirements from the Service Manager (e.g. technical feasibility, legal restrictions, available resources)
Obtaining feasibility statement regarding service enhancements and SLA adjustments from the Service Manager.
-Evaluation of demands and driving the decision:
Ensuring the creation of a business case based on a transparent cost/benefit analysis
Ensuring that there is a mandate from the business/process owner and that the business/process owner provides a budget
Driving the go/no-go decision for demands (prioritization by means of portfolio management)
-Driving and tracking the implementation of demands:
Prepare implementation order
Tracking of implementation up to acceptance/going live
Introduction/roll-out
Ensure transparent use of the application, e.g. as part of existing top+ controlling

Knowledge
-Technologies: High-level knowledge of the IT platforms for solutions in the Industrial IT (, PLM ERP, SAP)
High-level knowledge of the basic technologies for the customer's products
-Methodologies: Process analysis and design techniques, Project Management
-Profess. Knowl.: Knowledge of the solutions in the Industrial IT (PLM, ERP), English
Basic knowledge of service management according to ITIL

Experience
-> 5 years experience in industrial IT operations;
experience in at least a mid-size plant required
-IT Project management for software and process launching
-> 2 years leadership experience (at least 5 people) in an IT department
-Capable to cooperate and lead in an diverse environment. Involvement in international projects in a leadership role, e.g. project manager, subproject manager.
