Mission of Function
To write the user documentation (technical manuals, user manuals, help documents and training materials) in English and Chinese. She/he can work under limited supervision, understand the product basiclly, use the diverse software tool to create documentation, knows how to perform the review work. She/he should be user friendly, appropriate for customer, accuracy and completeness.

Contacts
Internal: Project leader, RD engineers.
External: the interfaces or partner in Germany and SLC or other country.

Task
- Communicate with team member;
- Comply with the documentation creation process;
- Create the user documentation for internal product in EWC (English/Chinese);
-Undertake the translation tasks from external partners (English/Chinese);

Knowledge
- Application know-how (PLC and HMI application, Industrial PC or PC application know-how);
- PLM process, Communication skills, Customer focus;
- English.
-Tools: Photoshop. Illustrator, SIPS+

Experience
- Technical documentation writing experiences;
- Documentation project management experiences;
- Task priority management experiences;
- Preferred to have experience in MNC;
