Introduction/职位引言:
For Siemens Electrical Apparatus Ltd Suzhou Chengdu Branch, we are looking for LU Process Planner. This position is responsible for setting up, controlling and optimizing logistics processes according to business unit standards; for one or more core logistics processes in the area of Supply Chain Management( PLAN, MAKE and DELIVER); coordinate and lead cross-functional projects in the respective area;

What are my responsibilities/我的工作职责是什么?
-Documentation of Supply Chain processes
Document the Supply chain process (Plan/Make/Delivery) in the relevant tools, e.g. SAP user menu, QMS system, and audit documentation.
Conduct SAP power user training. Maintain Logistics SharePoint
-Process set up, controlling & administration
Set up the Supply Chain process (Plan/Make/Delivery)based on the process of Mother plant and the actual status of Chengdu Plant
Control the daily business transactions and processes within the plant's supply chain Management
Analyze existing (not yet documented) processes
-Conduct systematic weak point Analyses
Initiate weak point Analyses of selected Supply Chain Management processes and involve required partners
Conduct weak point Analyses with partners
Evaluate results of Analysis
-Develop concepts for process improvements in the supply chain
Develop concepts for actions based on conducted weak point Analysis
Align improvement concepts within headcounter in Germany incl. distribution centers
Conduct and moderate information / coordination meetings
-Process reporting
Based on the commercial KPIs and required data from Management or operation unit (e.g. Production Logistic/ Warehouse in Logistic Dept etc)
Initialize and develop concepts to transfer reporting data from operative systems and tools to get certain reports
-Other Task of Logistics
Any other tasks not contains in the JD above, but required especially in the set up phase of new plant

What do I need to qualify for this job/我如何才能胜任?
-Operational experience in supply chain management (material or finished goods planning) is preferred;
-Graduates: internships in relevant areas;
-Supply chain / logistics and manufacturing experience;
-Capable to cooperate in an diverse, international environment;
-Experience in an international company is preferred;
-Logistics / Commercial Processes in Manufacturing Environment;
-Supply Chain Management / Logistics;
-IT-Know-How (SAP experience, MS Office PPT,Visio,Excel, Word, …);
-Good written and oral English;
