职位描述
负责项目销售现场会计与收银工作具体工作内容包括：
1、审核订房单，商品房买卖合同并收取款项；
2、录入售房的财务信息；
3、编制“收款日报表”；
4、开具销售不动产发票及收据；
5、定期报送销售数据并接受会计主管监管；
6、接洽按揭贷款银行并催促回款；
7、登记销售现场收款等辅助账；
8、其他临时交办工作
其它任职要求：有会计从业资格证，具备会计员以上职称
