客户质量信息协调处理及管理实验室工作Manage customer information & Lab
收集客户质量信息（客户下达的指标、年度/月度绩效结果等），及时传递给直属经理。
Collect quality information(customer target，performance assessment monthly and annual)from the customer, and transfer to line manager
对在客户处的不良和扣分进行确认
Judge the non-conformation and Penalty treatment at customers’ site
对客户发出的不良反应，采取即时围堵政策，并通过UAP QRQC，制定纠正预防措施，验证结果，并向客户反馈。
Take containment vs the customer complain immediately, and analysis the cause by UAP QRQC, take preventive/corrective action, to validate the result, and return the feedback to the customer.
确认/分析客户处报废品、售后退回品，组织相关职能功能采取纠正预防措施。
Judge and analysis the Scraps and warranty returns from the customers，organize the relevant department to take preventive/corrective action.
定期进行客户满意度调查/分析，组织对客户不满意项采取措施，并回访客户对改进措施的反应
Investigate and analysis the customer satisfaction sense, organize to take action vs non-satisfaction items, and consult the reply to the actions from the customer
参与过程流程图、失效模式分析、控制计划的编制评审，负责产品的试验指导书。
Participate to the PFC，PFEMA，Control Plan, Products Operation Instruction creation and review. In Charge of creation for Products testing instruction.
建立实验室管理体系，实施产品检验和试验,包括CCC试验的组织协调
Establish the Laboratory system, inspect and test the products including CCC test at country lab
建立计量管理体系，实施计量器具的检定、校准
Establish the metrology system, examine/calibrate the gauges and measure equipment
实施MSA, 确保测量系统的适用性、有效性
Actualize MSA to ensure the measurement system applicability and validity
实施产品审核，并跟踪通报趋势
Actualize the product audit and follow up and open the trend
跟线人员、客户质量技术员和实验员的人员管理
Manage the personnel of residents, customer technicians and lab assistant.


现场质量 Product Quality
参与现场QRQC,　会同质量主管及UAP主管定义生产质量绩效
Participant workshop QRQC meeting, define line quality performance indicators with UAP supervisor and Quality supervisor
现场质量问题，特别是客户抱怨的处理，采取围堵措施，通知支持功能，建立改正行动计划(8D等)并跟踪其有效性．
Deal with line quality problems, especially customer complaint. Take containment actions, inform support functions, build corrective action plans（8D report, etc…）and follow the efficiency.
首件/终检/控制计划/标准化作业指导等相关文件的审核和签字确认以及定期回顾
ALL of OK first parts/final inspection/control plan/standard work instruction file validation and review periodical.
处理不合格品（红箱子），生产会上主导生产不良的讨论
Deal with non-conforming parts (red bins), master the production non-conforming discussion on production meeting.
质量警告的发出及措施跟踪
Quality alert launch and action track
Poka-Yoke工位数据收集、进行分析确认和能力计算
Collect/analyse/validate the premeter data of Poka-Yoke, and calculate the process capability
装配生产线过程审核(S/R & QRQC & CP)
Production line process audit(S/R & QRQC & CP ).
质量墙管理
Quality wall management.
终检员培训和关键工位认可，支持生产主管实施质量改善行动．
Train final inspectors and validate key workstation, support supervisor to take quality improment action.

l 供应商年度审核计划及其实施 Annual supplier audit plan and implement;
