工作职责
? Ensure high level of supplier quality performance and pilot appropriate action plans for corrections with Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA) to attain Parts Per Million (PPM) targets
? 确保供货高质量，能够领导并实施适当的行动计划来改善供货商质量管理（SQA），以达到百万分率（PPM）
? Define opportunities for cost reduction and validate them with Commodity teams
? 确定成本消减的机会并和采购小组一起执行。
? Manage technical savings (VE/VA, skimming the cream,..)
? 管理技术成本（VE/VA,skimming the cream）
? Work closely with Supply Chain to support supplier deviation in Missed Deliveries Per Million (MPM)
? 与供应链紧密合作，以支持供应商在百万缺失率（MPM）中出现的偏差
? Ensure that the team is involved from program phase, or 'Gate' 3 to ensure proper transition from program to series phase
? 确保团队成员参与在项目阶段，或 'Gate' 3阶段以确保项目阶段向连续阶段的正确转换
? Ensure the plant vendor list is updated and in line with Commodity strategy. Propose and contribute to downsizing
? 确保工厂供应商名录的更新并遵循采购战略。提出并帮助实施消减计划。
? Monitor all relevant suppliers and parts information and ensure proper ordering, invoicing & cost control
? 监督所有相关供应和部件信息，并确保正确的订货、发票信息以及成本控制。
? Inform Commodity teams in case of major volume changes. Validate Plant QCD information sent to the Group
? 在有大采购量变化的情况下通知原料采购小组 。审核工厂质量、成本和交付 信息（QCD）并提交到总部
? Prioritise local resolution of issues and escalade to Division or Commodity when needed
? 优化当地问题解决方案并根据需要逐级上报区域或集团
? For Non-Production purchasing : apply Group purchasing policy/contracts and negotiate specific local requirements
? 关于非生产性采购：运用集团采购政策/合同并根据当地需要进行谈判
? Ensure the reporting of designated activities, indexes, supplier parts, PPM and metrics, following Group policies.
? 确保制定活动，索引，供应商方面 PPM 和工具符合集团的政策
? Can Manage one ore several plants
? 持续改进工作

能力要求
? 本科及以上学历
? 制造型外企工作过，3年以上采购相关工作经验
? 较强的组织实施能力、供应商谈判技巧，关注结果
? 优秀的沟通协调能力，极强的责任感
? 良好的英文表达
