This role is based at Airswift office in Shanghai and multiple site visits nationwide.
Role Description
The Onsite representative will be accountable for the successful day to day operations of the RPO including recruitment and Hiring Manager liaison.
Key Accountabilities
Accountable for the day to day requisition management, including job intake, shortlist creation, interview scheduling, offer management and onboarding
Working with the sourcing teams to develop talent pools for upcoming projects
Reporting of KPI’s and SLA’s
Administration of the chosen technology platform, responsible for ensuring all documents and onboarding data is correctly entered and stored
Main point of contact for Hiring Managers
Person Specification
Minimum of 1 years’ experience in staffing
Experience in Semi-conductor and / or technical sectors
Strong track record in account management, ideally with previous experience on a client site
Keen attention to detail and outstanding communication skills
