职位描述：
岗位职责:

1. Work closely with the business leaders and the Functional HR teams to provide the best value-added HR solutions that meet the present & future business requirements on people management & organization structure.
2. Work as a business partner to HR managers and senior Management at both Regional and Country level on people management issues and major HR initiatives to meet the business goals.
3. Engage in manpower planning and organization design of Countries to cope with the changing business needs.
4. Give advice to Countries in respect of cost-saving, efficiency and effectiveness through review of policies & procedures and new system implementations.
5. Ensure the HQ HR framework is implemented and work with Country HR on customization for local requirements.

任职资格:

1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. 6 years above HR generalist experience with at least 4 years in recruitment role in sizable or international companies a must.
3. Regional exposure is essential and preferably in Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia.
4. Knowledge of labor laws and HR practices in Singapore, Malaysia, and Australia.
5. Proven expertise in overseas recruitment .
6. Demonstrated capability as a business partner to work with senior management at Regional and Country level.
7. Involved in organizational changes and HR projects with substantial business impact.
8. Proven ability to provide high quality independent analysis, evaluations and recommendations to senior management .
9. Well-developed organizational skills in order to juggle multiple tasks at one time.
10. Customer oriented yet able to influence others .
11. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills .
12. Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese ( including Putonghua) is essential .
13. Travel to overseas are required .
14. Work location in Shenzhen .
