Objectives of the role:
We are looking for executes and further develops local Supply Chain Supplier Quality Management procedures, methods and standards for our client in Energy Service industry. He/ She will provide functional guidance to local supplier’s Quality personnel.

Responsibilities:
？ Perform planned audits and surveillances of supplier’s and sub-supplier’s manufacturing activities to ensure compliance to contract requirements
？ Reviews the RFPs from a Supplier Quality perspective and develops plans for the surveillance activities at the supplier’s plants
？ Attends pre-award and post-award meetings to ensure that the supplier is fully aware with the quality requirements of the contract and understands how this relates to their manufacturing process.
？ Identifies and records quality problems and opportunities for improvement, and initiates recommending solutions.
？ Reviews and approves supplier quality documentation submittals such as Quality Plans, Inspection & Test Plans and procedures to ensure effective controls are in place in key areas
？ Coordinate third party inspection agencies that provide special and/or supplementary services and provide input to the SQM Lead about their performance.
？ Exercises authority to require correct action by a supplier to repair defective work to ensure specified quality standards, procedures, and programs.
？ Support business stakeholder relationships across the organization in order to achieve buy-in and support for global sourcing supplier quality management process.
？ Measure cost of poor quality and actively work with the suppliers and other internal disciplines to create and implement action plans to help reduce the cost of poor Quality
？ Implements continuous supplier performance improvement plans and provides functional support to suppliers’ management and quality personnel in their further development

Skills & Qualifications:
？ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering/Technical
？ Minimum of 7 years of engineering or construction working multi discipline experience in Quality Assurance in Oil & Gas projects or a similar environment.
？ Familiarity with industry codes and standards related to piping installation and testing, welding and equipment installation and testing (ACI, ASTM, API, ANSI/ASME, AWS, ASNTC-1A, NACE, IEEE, etc).
？ Welding, piping, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and/or control systems disciplines experience is required.
？ A background in oil and gas industry is required in order to understand the nature of work within an integrated oil and gas company
？ Supplier Auditing to a recognised standard (ISO 9001/ ISO 29001 / API Q1)
？ Supplier Performance Management
？ English language proficiency SET-6 or TEM-4 plus good verbal language skills 举报 分享
