职位描述
Job Description:
1. Be in charge of thermal design, implement thermal simulation, propose thermal solution, direct system layout and mechanical design.
2. Track prototype building, Implement thermal tests, analyze and solve thermal issues individually.
3. Cooperate with electrical, mechanical, layout and safety department to push forward the development of new products.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor/ Master' s degree in Thermal Engineering, Engineering Thermal Physics or related field.
2. At least 5 year thermal design experience of electronic product, experience with DC-DC, charger, inverter or UPS thermal design is preferred.
3. Implement design and optimization of system cooling solution individually.
4. Proficiently utilize at least one thermal simulation tool. Can be ICEPAK or Flotherm or others.
5. Rich experience in thermal test.
6. Analyze and solve thermal issues individually, strong interpersonal and team playing skills.
