Responsibilities:
1.Communicate with sales team, selling price data maintenance in SAP after getting approved quotation.
2.Deal with customers’ purchase orders when receive them via fax/email or telephone. Check it carefully and make it sure that everything on it clear and correct, and ensure terms of order can be met.
3.Order data input in SAP, delivery create and arrange after it’s release by credit controller.
4.Contact related departments ( PMC,QC, etc.) to prepare goods ready to meet customers’ order requirement, make a proper and on-time delivery arrangement for customers.
5.Negotiate with customers or sales team to reach an agreed delivery date once customer’s required delivery date can not be met.
6.Prepare correct documents to related departments for each delivery in time, make sure smooth operation of deliveries.
7.Work with warehouse colleagues, follow transportation of a delivery till customer receives it and complete agreed signature and chopping on Delivery Note.
8.Prepare HK export document for shipment ex-HK to China.
9.Coordinate with HKG export forwarders and HKG external warehouse for arranging shipment activities
10.Contact related departments in case any complaint from customers happens, push to deal with complaints and give customer reply and solutions in time.
Requirements:
1. College degree in English, Accounting, Trading, Economic or Related subjects.
2. Good communication ability, patience and carefulness, high efficiency in problem shooting.
3. Honest, active, high responsibility and team working attitude.
4. Willing to take more responsibility in the team.
5. At least 5 years’ working experience, 2 years or above in order processing, merchandiser or customer service are preferred.
6. Speak English and Cantonese fluently is preferred.
7. Good operation in Excel, Adobe PDF, etc.
