职位描述：
- Work with site sales and engineers to collect customers request of material and products
- Search material suppliers and outsource vendors
- Follow and improve company sourcing process
- Develop and qualify sourcing materials and vendors
- Negotiate price and contract with suppliers and vendors
- Provide daily sourcing support to site engineering, production and supply chain
- Build up site business supplier and vendors pool, manage, evaluate and improve suppliers performances
- Share souring database and best practice with China operation counterparts
- Provide sourcing data analysis and sourcing reports
- Drive and execute souring saving initiatives

岗位要求：
? Bachelor degree of material, chemical industry or business management
? 3~5 years above experience in engineering, material development, testing, sourcing
? Collaboration with manufacturing plant experience is must, understand production process
? Strong interpersonal communication skills, team player
? Negotiation skill and project management skill is desired
? Highly motivated and work independently
