Job Title: Assistant Accountant-AP

Reporting Line: Financial Manager

Location: Beijing

Responsibilities:

1. Check validity of supplier invoice w/o purchase order

2. Timely and accurately on invoice processing, payment settlement

3. Check authorization on bank payment voucher according to Signature Mandate

4. Coordinate on issue follow up and problem solving with requester and supplier

5. AP voucher posting and filing

6. Prepare DPO report, assist to prepare cash flow and bank balance report

Qualifications:

1. Good communication and interpersonal skill
2. Good teamwork and self-motivation
3. Finance/Accounting related working experience
4. Good English skill in both spoken and written

1. 负责审核日常付款申请

2. 及时准确处理付款及银行单据

3. 处理银行相关及岗位相关的联络事务

4. 应付账款记账及凭证单据整理

1. 财务相关经验

2. 熟练使用财务软件

3. 具备英语听说读写能力
