销售经理 /总监sales manager
工作职责: Responsibility
1、 充分了解公司的发展历史,品牌文化,做到对品牌的深度认同;
Fully understand the company's development history, and brand culture, and then develop the deep recognition of brand;
2、 在全中国寻求合作商、经销商,负责公司品牌产品在全国的推广和销售;
To find official partner and distributor all around China; be in charge of promotion and sale of the company products;
3、 展示品牌形象,了解和发掘顾客需求,为顾客提供专业化、顾问式的服务,促成销售;
To display the brand image, understand and explore customer needs; provide customer with professional and consultative service.
4、 维护品牌服务形象,严格执行公司及品牌的政策要求;
To maintain brand image and implement the policy of the company strictly;
5、 做好意向顾客的维护、跟踪和回访;
To make maintenance, tracking and visit the intended customer;
6、 寻求并创造机会提升客户忠诚度;
Seek and create opportunities to enhance customer loyalty;
7、 针对负责区域的市场反应能提出并采取有效的应对方法和策略;
Put forward and take effective coping methods and strategies according to the market;
任职资格 Qualification
1、 有劳力士或者欧米茄等大牌腕表销售经验者优先考虑;
Candidates who have sales experience in well-known watch brand such as Rolex, Omega and Tissot are preferred.
2、 本科及以上学历,英语听说读写精通,能作为第二语言使用;
Bachelor degree or above, be proficient in English listening, speaking, reading and writing; can use English as a second language;
3、 能适应全国、全球出差,独立进行商务谈判;
Adapt to do business trip around China or the world and can do independent business negotiation;
4、 对公司品牌文化有高度认同感;
Have a high identity of company culture;
5、 熟悉腕表、首饰的全国推广及销售流程;
To be familiar with the promotion and sale process of watch and jewelry;
6、 热爱奢侈品行业,对高端珠宝和名表有浓厚的兴趣爱好;
Love the luxury goods industry, have a strong interest in high-end watch and jewelry;
7、 沟通表达能力强,善于处理人际关系,具备较强的沟通能力,熟练运用销售技巧,促成商品的销售;
Have good communication skill, be good at dealing with interpersonal relationships and be professional in marketing;
8、 性格开朗,有较强的销售意识、服务意识和团队合作精神;
To be outgoing and have a strong sense of marketing, service and team work spirit;
9、 学习能力强,待人诚恳,工作勤奋,踏实有责任心;
Have high learning capability; be hard-working and responsible;
10、 对进出口国际贸易有一定了解。
Know about international trade import & export.
