职位描述：
-根据公司的分销渠道战略及规划，协助区域建立及优化分销渠道。
-协助制定公司分销渠道管理体系及建立相关流程。
-负责经销商业绩跟踪及评估，并督促经销商完成销售任务。
-执行公司渠道管理的相关政策。
-协调总部相关部门向渠道经销商提供合理的支持，负责经销商能力提升项目。
-完成上级分配的其它工作。

主要要求：
- 全日制本科及以上学历。
- 3年以上经销商管理经验（有清洁设备及类似行业经验优先）。
-熟悉经销商开拓、谈判、管理、监督、执行等各个分销环节。
-优秀的组织协调能力，善于内外部沟通。
-有高度责任感，能够独立、主动地工作，有较强的团队合作精神。
-有较好的MS 0ffice能力。
-有一定的英文读写能力。

Nilfisk has founded factories in Dongguan and Suzhou of China, and has 12 directly sales companies in Shanghai, Suzhou, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Dongguan, Shenzhen and Guangzhou. Till now, the sales and after-sale service network of Nilfisk spread all over 90% area of China, and the employees exceed 1000.

2007年收购了美国Viper清洁设备工业集团。

A series of annex in 1988-2004: That was which annexed the high pressure cleaner belong to Gerni Group in Denmark, the cleaning machine belong to Advance Group in U.S.A, the cleaning machine belong to Electrolux Group in Sweden, the industry vacuum belong to CFM Group in Italy, the sweeper belong to ECOLOGICA Group in Italy and the cleaning machine belong to ALTO Group in Denmark (including original cleaning machine belong to KEW Group in USA, America CLARK and Germany WAP etc.). Annexed Viper Cleaning Equipment Group of U.S.A in 2007.
Via to the series of annex and conformity, Nilfisk have become to a strongest manufacturer of global professional cleaning equipment.
