职位描述：
1.Checks thoroughly all machines, devices, systems, installations and structural changes in order to ensure that all statuary safety rules are observed 全面检查所有的机器、设备、系统、安装和结构变更，以确保所有法定安全标准得到了遵守。
2.Provide equipment specification based product design and requirement, and assist Purchasing Dept negotiating with supplier.
根据设计、生产需求提供设备、备品备件的技术指标，协助采购部完成与供应商的谈判。
3.Participate new equipment checking, installation and commission work; Responsible for equipment transfer internal and external, and checking and accepting; Based on government regulation and equipment condition to validate and review the equipment scrap work, and keep all equipment record. 参加新设备的接收工作，组织相关部门进行设备的开箱及试运转等验收；负责设备内、外部转移工作，及验收检查接收工作；根据国家规定及设备状况组织相关部门进行设备报废的鉴定、审核，并报上级主管部门批准。同时收集完善各种相关记录。
4.Compile the each equipment safety operation instruction and monitor the implementation status. Fully understand and follow the relevant law and government regulation. Each operation must be followed company safety regulation.制定各岗位的安全操作规程，并监督实施情况。掌握相关的法律法规安全知识，遵守国家相关的环境法律、法规。各项操作要遵守公司相关的环境规程。接受公司相关环境程序的培训。
5.Statistics equipment all the original records, the completion of various statistical reports and timely and accurate reporting. 统计设备各种原始记录，完成各种统计报表并及时、准确上报。
6.Analyzes failures and technical problems, evaluates the extend of the technical problem, defines (also with respect to economical considerations) repair or exchange of parts/systems分析失败和技术问题；评估技术问题的范围；确定是否（在考虑到成本的同时）修理或更换零部件/系统。
7.Repairs devices and machines, carries out equipment servicing and maintenance; (internal/external)维修设备、机器和备件, 开展对设备内外部的维护。
8.Responsible for implementing TPM maintenance plan, and conduct acceptance inspection equipment maintenance. 负责实施TPM维护计划，并对设备维护情况进行验收检查。
9.Troubleshoots and repairs equipment utilizing drawings, manuals, equipment history, and tools as required and provides input on preventive / predictive maintenance tasks to process and design engineers as needed 按要求使用图纸、手册、设备历史记录和工具排除故障和修理设备，并根据需要向工艺或设计工程师提供关于预防性维护任务的建议。
10.Be responsible for track equipment downtime and report monthly critical equipment OEE.
负责跟踪和记录设备停机时间并汇报每月关键设备的综合效率。
11.Improves Equipment Engineering competitiveness and customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities and inspiring innovations of ingenious products, services, solutions and processes 通过推动持续改进活动和鼓励创新产品、服务、解决方案和流程，提高设备部门的竞争力和客户满意度。

任职要求：
本科或以上学历, 机械或电气及相关专业
电子或机械工程背景，在生产设备领域有3年的工作经验。
较强的设备知识
编程技术(单片机)
良好的计算机操作能力, 熟悉办公软件和Auto CAD软件 举报 分享
