Main Responsibilities:
1) Responsible for accepting the IT service desk hotline, complaints and suggestions, warning system for effective follow-up and treatment analysis, and the relevant documentation.
2) Responsible to the distribution, coordination and following up of progress of software support service
3) Submit data analysis report, put forward reasonable suggestions
4) Responsible to some tasks of internal test
Job Requirements :
1)Degree holder or above in science discipline. Logistic or Computer Science or related discipline is advance;
2)At least 4 years of relevant assistance or customer service experience in software company;
3) Good communication skill,good analytic and problem solving skills;
4) Good commands in reading and writing of Chinese & English; English level certification is advance;
5) Self-motivated, independent and analytical,willing to work under pressure & result-oriented.
