2、负责审核申报的采购计划，严格控制采购成本；

　3、监控跟踪采购计划的执行进度，对异常情况随时做出调整，并及时上报；

　4、负责对所采购的原料、辅料、设备、配件质量、数量的跟踪管理工作，确保及时到位；

　5、负责应付款的审查工作；

　6、收集已使用产品的性能和质量信息，以图改进；

7、发展、选择和处理供应商关系，如价格谈判、采购环境、产品质量、供应链、数据库等；

　8、对所选样的规格、质量全权负责；

　9、定期或不定期组织本部门人员进行分析讨论、总结经验，改进工作方式，提高效率、降低成本：

10、改进采购的工作流程和标准，通过尽可能少的流通环节，减少库存的单位保存时间和额外收入的发生，以达到存货周转的目标；

【薪酬待遇】
