我们正在招聘技术设计经理, 有相关行业资格证书, 且具备6年以上的室内设计或建筑设计相关行业经验。能够熟练使用AutoCAD（ Revit系列软件：建筑信息模型(BIM)构建）的高技能, 能对公司其他年轻设计师提供先进的培训。必须全面了解项目的所有阶段及项目时间表、项目施工预算。经有酒店、度假村和商业项目经验者优先。
岗位职责：
1.制作项目图纸和项目规格,独立决策整个项目细节制作；与项目负责人、团队和设计总监沟通并协助完成工作。
2.指导项目团队准确的制作施工图工作和指导协助其它项目团队和缺乏经验的人员完成工作。
3.与项目负责人制作并管理项目预算、成本、时间表，和相关的法律/责任问题。
4.配合办公室负责人准备项目报告和项目计划。
5.制定时间管理标准，能利用项目管理工具制作时间表。
6.创新办公室生产标准设计，图纸库,质量控制和项目执行,并指导项目团队完成相关工作。
7.发现复杂的设计问题并提出解决方案,包括代码合规和代理接口。
8.现场技术监督并协调与客户、承包商、和设计人员完成工作。
9.把控QA / QC以及相关建议。
10.和团队及其他人建立良好的工作环境。
11.并且能够参与整个设计过程的所有阶段。
任职资格:
1.6年及 以上的建筑/室内设计相关工作经验。
2.建筑/室内/设计相关教育背景。
3.当地政府颁发的室内或建筑许可证或licensure-track。
4.有酒店、度假村和商业项目相关经验。
5.快速、高效、灵活，最好同时执行多个任务和自我时间管理的能力。
6.精通AutoCAD。
7.精通MS Office办公软件((Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)。
8.有使用SketchUp Revit经验。
9.有良好的团队精神和英语流利者优先考虑。

LivFAMA Designs & Co. is a design firm committed to the continuing pursuit of excellence in all aspects of the design process. With both offices in San Francisco and Chengdu, LivFAMA plays the role of taking challenges in designs of different scales which varies from residential projects to hotels and museums. LivFAMA is dedicated to designing dynamic, exciting and inclusive passions for demanding clients.
We are looking for Production Design Manager, with licensure-track or a licensed qualifications and must have 6+ years of interior and/or architectural design experience. He/she utilizes AutoCAD (possible Revit leverages BIM technology) at the highest level, and provides advanced training for younger staff. This individual must have a thorough understanding of all phases of a project from schedule, budget to construction closeout. Experience with hospitality, resort and commercial projects preferred.
Essential Responsibilities:
1.Productions in drawings and specifications including consultant coordination, and is capable of making independent decisions for projects and work closely with project leader, teams and design director.
2. Direct team and produce accurate construction drawing works and standards as a part of a coordinated project team and may mentor less experienced staff.
3.Develops Construction administration for projects and works with project leaders on budget solutions, construction costs, schedule, and legal/liability related issues.
4.May coordinate with studio leaders in preparation of project presentation and management plans.
5.Provide time management standards and utilizes project management tools.
6. Renovates office standards for production design, drawing library, quality control, and project executions, which applies and directs project team.
7. Develops solutions for complex design problems, including code compliance and agency interface.
8. Provides technical oversight and coordination of project activities with clients, consultants, contractors, and staff.
9.Coordinates QA/QC processes and implements QA/QC recommendations.
10.Works in a team environment and collaborates with others.
11.Is prepared and able to participate in all phases of the design process.
Qualifications:
1. 6+ years of architecture/interior design experience required.
2.Architecture/Interior/Design related education backgrounds
3. Local interior or architectural license or licensure-track.
4.Experience with hotel, resort and commercial projects.
5.Fast, efficient, nimble. Best in multitasking and time management.
6.Proficiency with AutoCAD.
7.Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
8.Experience with SketchUp and Revit.
9.Team player & Fluent English skill is preferred.
