Advanced Specialist Headcount and Personnel Cost Controlling

Corporate Division Controlling & Risk Management

Division, located in Shenyang/China

Employment – full time

Tasks

Headcount Controlling:

BBA overall target setting in Long Range Plan and Budget. Coordination of job card and headcount planning processes for departments and projects (Forecast, Budget, Long Rang Plan), regular reporting process (monthly HC SIV, monthly Mgt. Report, other specific reports); strategic analyses; HC-efficiency analyses based on Key Performance Indicators; preparation of management boards (BoM) and shareholder meetings (BoD); cooperation and alignment of reporting figures with HR department

Personnel Cost Controlling:

Overall BBA personnel cost consolidation for planning and reporting processes; definition of planning and reporting structures based on management requirements and communication to the other controlling teams; transparency regarding personnel cost for different HC categories (expat, local salary, direct/ non direct production) as well as locations (Shenyang, Beijing)

Key Responsibilities

Coordination of HC planning processes for departments and projects (Forecast, Budget, Long Rang Plan)

BBA overall target setting in Long Range Plan and Budget. Regular reporting process (monthly HC SIV, monthly Mgt. Report, other specific reports)

Consulting on the organizational structure, recruiting process, compensate and benefit, and related controlling process within controlling department

Strategic analyses and HC-efficiency analyses based on Key Performance Indicators; preparation of management boards (BoM) and shareholder meetings (BoD); cooperation and alignment of reporting figures with HR department

Personnel Cost Controlling: overall BBA personnel cost consolidation for planning and reporting processes

Definition of planning and reporting structures based on management requirements and communication to the other controlling teams; transparency regarding personnel cost for different HC categories (expat, local salary, direct/ non direct production) as well as locations (Shenyang, Beijing)

Other contingent tasks and projects assigned by line manage

Qualifications

University Degree graduated in Controlling/Finance/ Economics/human resources management

Experience in company organization structure and development

Knowledge of standard controlling processes (LRP, Budget, Forecast)

Experience in Process analysis, documentation and optimization

Communication on Management level

Proficient English, German would be an advantage

Knowledge Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Personnel Cost and/ or Headcount controlling background required,1-3 Years

Financial analysis in controlling area,4-6 Years

HR related working experience would be an advantage,1-3 Years
