Advanced Specialist KIFA QMT

Corporate Division Purchasing & QMT

Division, located in Shenyang/China

Employment – full time

Tasks

Conduct problem solving process, supplier evaluation and ensure the purchased parts meet the specification, continuous improvement process, reduce rework time, claim costs and financial loss from rejected claims

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for participation of supplier development and industrialization with MC-6, on site support for LC supplier to resolve urgent quality problems

Responsible for supplier requalification, SRM and GS95004 audit(diagnosis on components warranty parts)

Responsible for support plant QMT to evaluate the 8D report from supplier in B2B portal, find out the root cause and long-term solution for quality issues from LC supplier side

Responsible for evaluation supplier work performance according to the company requirement every three months. Take lead for the LPKM evaluation from quality side in B2B portal

Responsible for leading or participation in LC projects development and industrialization in terms of quality insurance, process alignment across the plants and technologies of BMW AG

Responsible for supporting plant QMT implements problem solving process at LC suppliers in terms of safety/function relevant, repeat issue, critical issue

Responsible for management LC supplier project, including supplier relocation project, capacity increase project, technical change, deeper location, etc.

Responsible for the sustainability and continuously components quality of LC supplier, follow up and reporting the supplier quality status to management side

Responsible for using RMT/IPQ system to manage supplier projects which relevant to industrialization

Responsible for being the main interface to LC supplier, get online quality information from plant QMT, support to analysis the root cause and development the long-term solution from LC supplier side

Responsible for leading and support to resolve the escalated supplier quality issue timely and effectively. Meanwhile, responsible for the meeting landscape of escalated supplier

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field knowledge business administration and supply chain management

Automobile product knowledge

Skillful of 5 core tools(VDA6.3, FEMA, MSA, SPC, 8D),TS16949/ISO 9001

Familiar with automotive parts manufacturing process

Professional knowledge including quality control, problem analysis, manufacturing process, cost analysis, supplier quality assurance

Strong conflict solving skills

Familiar with MS Word/Excel/PowerPoint

Good command of written and spoken English

German skills are a plus

Comprehensive experience in parts quality management field, 4-6 Years

Experience in quality control, problem analysis, manufacturing process, cost analysis, supplier quality assurance field, 4-6 Years

Sound knowledge of the use of Quality Techniques and Failure Analysis / Risk Analysis methods, 4-6 Years

Detailed knowledge of Basic Statistical Process Control, 4-6 Years

QMS Requirements VDA 6.1; VDA 6.3;ISO 9001; TS16949, 4-6 Years
