职位描述：
Job Content:
- Responsible for new device introduction project and ramping up project; coordinate team to execute the project according to timeline;
- Co-work with business team and engineering team to prepare SWR lot; responsible for tracking SWR lot cycle time;
- Support SWR on Lot disposition & hold time management;
- Analyze the SWR lot data; drive engineering team to complete yield improvement before mass production;
- Work as the ATSS system coordinator, responsible for ATSS data maintenance;
- Responsible for maintaining e-MQ system; co-work with process engineer to complete MQ report.

Skills/Qualifications:
1. Bachelor degree or above with at least 3 years’ semiconductor manufacturing experience is preferred.
2. Take ownership of work; good attitude and teamwork; drive to achieve goal and result-oriented;
3. Hands-on spirit for trouble shooting and debug capabilities
4. Be familiar with semiconductor assemble process flow;
