职位描述：
PS:此岗位英国上班半年，自我增值空间非常大

Objectives of the Job:
1. With the request of the Group leader or Module Leader, fulfill the tasks independently;
2. Ensure the tasks’ on time delivery of the deliverables with high quality and customer satisfaction;
3. Coach new team members to get them integrated into the organization.

Main Duties:

1. Participate in the discussion of test strategy and test plan, assist test coordinator in terms of test platform planning. Define setup schedule the test platforms (e.g. Labcar, network benches, SubSystem Bench, HIL benches) in accordance with whole test plan.
2. Get technical requirements on test platforms from test strategy, test designer and tester. Define/maintain/update specification of test platforms. 在车辆开发阶段，根据测试的目标，去设计，定义测试的设备，实现能够完成相应测试的设备条件
Interface with test equipment vendors, discuss the requirements and responsible for integrating the solutions for different vendors. 跟主流测试设备的供应商讨论(比如dspace/etas/ni)，检查定义的设备实现的可能性，并进行更新改进。
3. Monitoring/Setup/Follow up/Accept test equipments’ delivery. Make sure test platforms can meet the quality and schedule requirement of testing.
4. Maintain/Revise/Improve test platforms if necessary and required. 维护，改进测试设备
5. Support testers to perform tests. Make sure test equipments and devices are used correctly.
6. Update internally the test platform status within testing team.
7. Supporting optimization process to existing Test processes for E/E systems, e.g. lessons learn

Qualification:
1. Bachelor degree or above in electronic, electromechanical or mechanical engineering
2. At least 4 years automotive experience of working on similar vehicle systems & strategies.
3. Expertise of hardware related design, very good understanding of typical testing platforms, like E/E test benches, HIL system.
熟悉主流测试系统平台，ETAS/dSPACE/NI经验
4. Excellent knowledge of typical automotive sensors, actuators and bus interfaces.
5. Knowledge of organizational structure and process in development projects
6. Proficient in the use of testing HW and SW tools such as Power supplies, Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Vector tools etc.
7. to test methods and test objects
8. Understanding of software programming, flashing and coding processes
9. Understanding of complete vehicle development process, as well as testing process
10. Understanding of EE Diagnostics services and design processes
11. Good Chinese and English language skills: read, write, listen and speak 举报 分享
