职位描述：
This position is a temporary position whcih will sign 1-2 years labor contract with our vender FESCO.

Main Purpose主要目标:
? Supports MES applications installed at manufacturing site of Chengdu.
? Acts as a strong liaison between Operations and IT team to develop, train & troubleshoot on MES applications used at Chengdu.

Key Accountabilities关键职责:
? Creates, maintains, and supports MES process flow and bill of materials configurations used in critical, day-to-day manufacturing processes.
? Supports and troubleshoots MES issues on the production floor encountered by production floor operators and manufacturing engineers.
? Collaborates with operators, engineers, and IT personnel in troubleshooting issues between the MES and ERP systems.
? Provides training to production floor personnel in the proper operation of the MES.
? Provides leadership and assistance in MES upgrades which includes system testing, documentation changes, and hyper-care support of new MES releases.
? Maintains and troubleshoots equipment-related configurations as it relates to the MES and manufacturing processes.

Experience and Knowledge经验与技能:

(Technical and specialized skills required for the position)
? Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Manufacturing Execution Systems
? Experience in equipment automation will be advantage
? Hands-on work experience with an MES product
? Good understanding of compliance requirements and experience validating electronic systems in an FDA-regulated environment.
? Experience in managing change control of such systems
? Understanding of basic computer hardware functions, Microsoft Windows, and related IT infrastructure to effectively troubleshoot issues relating to the MES system.
? Experience implementing User Requirements through ongoing continuous improvement of the MES
? Understanding of manufacturing execution systems and applications used in manufacturing.
? Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills
? Excellent customer service skills
? Ability to communicate effectively with employees at different levels of the organization
? Ability to work with interdisciplinary teams and to initiate and execute system enhancement projects to fit Operations needs
? Ability to learn the manufacturing processes and to develop associated workflows.
? Experience with regulatory documentation and procedures
