职位描述

Job Summary:
Support and document incoming calls/web requests regarding explanations of use, compatibility issues, and general queries; Diagnose root causes of hardware and software issues. This level of support is not intended as user training. Queries are typically resolved in less than 12 minutes.

Responsibilities:
Customer Focus
- Collect required information accurately
- Ask appropriate questions to identify underlying problems and restate customer inquiries to ensure accuracy
- Use available resources to verify, explain and test solutions
- Overcome customer objections with call control, active listening and empathy
- Ensure all customer issues are addressed

Self Management
- Accept feedback on personal performance and act on constructive criticism
- Demonstrate awareness of personal behaviors and attitudes as well as the flexibility to adjust them
- Disregard unpleasant previous experiences and control personal circumstances/emotions
- Adopt a positive approach to change; demonstrate flexibility and adaptability within a dynamic work environment
- Keep up to date with relevant technology and business tools

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems
- Knowledge on operating PC/MAC
- Native Cantonese speaker, fluent in English(verbal and written)

Requirements:
- Ability to communicate effectively; verbally and in writing
- Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and effectively prioritize tasks
- Customer service oriented; effective at problem solving, expressing empathy and instilling customer confidence
- Adhere to all information security requirements of the organization
