Responsibility:

Supporting all elements of SAP used by local Finance department AR, AP, GL, Controlling, Asset Accounting etc.

Provide first line of support for local users; interact where necessary with Central support teams to ensure issue is resolved in a timely fashion.

Work with the Finance teams to ensure best practice solutions are developed and adhered to. Document the Internal and External process flows and standard operating instructions for the business.

Ensure process models are being leveraged by the business.

Perform configuration within the FI modules. Act as a liaison between IT and Business organizations throughout the entire project implementation life cycle (Blue printing through Business hand offs).

Participate in other projects and process improvement initiatives within the Finance function.

Develop and action UAT testing plans.

Participate in implementation of process model design and redesign projects.

Conduct and participate in post implementation evaluations. Perform /"learning after doing/" exercise to achieve continuous improvement with both models and implementation activities.

Control of all auth orisations and access for SAP within Finance.

Requirement & Qualification:

1) EDUCATION

Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Studies or similar subject preferred.

2) EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate must have minimum 4-5 years/' experience in SAP R/3 Production within the Fico modules.

Candidate should have experience of SAP R3 4.7.Additional experience in other modules is a distinct advantage.

3) SKILLS

Demonstrated understanding of the SAP ASAP methodology.

Demonstrated basic understanding of SAP cross functional modules (Materials Management, Warehouse Management, Sales and Distribution, and Forecasting and Replenishment).

Demonstrated ability to plan and manage multiple tasks and projects, including the management of related policies, procedures and systems.

Must have tact, judgment, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with employees at all organizational levels.

Demonstrated problem solving, and analytical acumen.

Ability to succeed in a demanding, dynamic, fast-moving organization requiring flexibility and balance.

Self-starter with the ability to accomplish tasks without direct supervision.

Ability to react to change productively and handle other tasks as required.
