职位描述：
Job Objectives
Promote effective relationships with beverage concerned government officials and quasi government bodies (CBIA) in order to be able to influence their opinions and provide strategic information for the Company
Build value based relationships with key central and local government related agencies
Lead in the communication with key government officials and support the company resolving issues and crisis by working closely with government and internal PA&C team
Monitor the government policies that are key to the company's business development
To responsible for consumer complaining and counterfeit cases in CLW; if necessary, need to report to CLW management and corporate level; to submit monthly consumer complaining and to provide periodically training to relevant salespeople
To learn and collect external information includes competitors’ activities, relevant industries and social status and report to management with appropriate suggestions.
Key Results Areas
Participate in government relations activities, including attending various state and provincial in-house meetings and legislative hearings
Develop reports concerning government information and company position
Research legislative and government issues
Develop relationships and networks with government departments specifically the MOC and the Department of Health
Assist the Director of Government Affairs in updating senior leadership of proposed changes is legislature that may have either a positive or negative impact on the business
Establish and maintain business oriented contacts to government authorities
Initiate and lead in cooperation programs with the central and local government
Job Requirements / Qualifications
Independent Judgment:
Responsibilities are typically stated as broad goals or areas of accountability. There is substantial latitude in determining how to accomplish the goals.
Knowledge & Experience:
10+years’ experience working in public affairs and communications related field, with a specific focus on CSR and sustainability
Have a proven track record in the area of communications, journalism, media relations, marketing communications, public affairs, legislative or external affairs and crisis/issue management
Outstanding project management and organizational skills
Capacity to work with diverse constituencies and cultures.
Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to perform well under pressure
Education & Professional Qualification:
University degree in the areas of public relations, communications, business administration, international business, journalism or law.
Language Requirements:
Proficient written, oral and interpersonal skills in English
Proficient in both written and oral communication in Chinese (Mandarin)
Travel Requirements:
