职位描述：

岗位主要职责：

1. 负责有关裁剪部门对外对内沟通安排（工程部机器设备、模具等，物流部任务出货原材料等，质量部标准、任务等，以及人事招聘、培训等其他内容）

Responsible for cutting internally and externally communication and arrangements (Machine, equipments, tooling, material, quality criteria, job arrangements, recruitments, training, etc.)

2. 负责与生产产量、质量、产出率有关的人事管理、物料管理、财务管理、生产管理、质量管理等相关工作

Responsible for productivity, quality and yield related work including personnel management, material management, finiancal management, production management, quality management etc.

3. 其他所有裁剪经理布置的部门内外管理任务

All other job assignements from cutting manager

4. 新员工培训、业绩评估；老员工与次新员工在线培训、业绩评估

Training and performance evaluation for new operators and experienced/unexperienced operators.

5. 现场5S管理，包括正常生产原料、工具、产品、可视化样品等的放置管理。员工工作习惯、工作方法的管理。

Shop floor 5S management including normal production material、tooling、products、visual management samples placement. Disciplines operators working style、working method.

6. 员工产量的积极提高和达标。根据部门制定的产量目标进行工作，在规定的时间内达到或超过产量目标。

Productivity positive improvement trend and final achievement (Equal or above Benchmark of productivity) within the assigned period.

7. 员工产出率的积极提高和达标。根据部门制定的产出率（损耗率）目标进行工作，在规定的时间内达到或超过产出率（损耗率）目标。

Yield positive improvement trend and final achievement(Equal or above Benchmark of yield (loss%)) within the assigned period.

8. 员工质量的积极提高和达标。根据部门制定的质量PPM目标进行工作，在规定的时间内达到或超过PPM质量目标。

Quality positive improvement trend and final achievement(Equal or above PPM requirements) within the assigned period.

9. 对直接下属员工产生的问题包括客户投诉直接负责。

Absolutely responsible for direct subordinate operators’ mistake and customer complaints.

10. 对直接下属违反公司员工手册、厂纪厂规、部门规定直接负责。

Absolutely responsible for direct subordinate operators’ action of against employee manual, plant regulation, department rules.

任职资格：

1. 大专及以上学历，专业不限。如果条件优秀，学历可适当考虑。

Diploma or above, major unlimit. Education can be considered due to other skills and experiences.

2. 3年以上生产现场管理工作经验，善于学习和改善，有皮革切割现场管理经验者优先，有日企生产管理经验且英语良好者也可优先考虑。

Above 3 years production management experiences, good at learning and improving.

3. 熟悉生产质量的控制管理、流程优化，有很好的分析问题和解决问题的能力。

Familiar with production/quality control, process improvement, with good analysis skills and problem solving capability.

4. 熟悉生产成本控制，统筹运作。

Familiar with production cost control and coordination comprehensively.

5. 有较好的领导和组织协调能力、沟通能力及执行能力

Good leadership and organization/coordination skills, good communication and execution capability.
