职位描述：
The ideal candidate must has retail or shopping mall background.

Recruiting:
1.Own job posting, resume screening, Interview arrangement. Process all recruitment requests in an effective and efficient manner;
2.New hiring on-boarding/Offer process tracking;
3.As the specialist in all recruiting area, such as process kaizen, recruiting budget plan and vender management; New hiring on-boarding process tracking;
C&B:
1.Own monthly payroll/annual bonus work;
2.Lead the staff compensation kaizen programe;
3.Annual HR budget forecast.
HR Operation:
1.Manage Attendance/Leave/Vacation record/management, including late come statistics;
2.HR documents and employee profile filling and contract management;
3.Complete all HR reports(weekly/ Quarterly/Yearly);
4.Employee counseling and policy training;
 
We are looking for:
The ideal candidate must has retail or shopping mall background.
1.Bachelor degree in HR or similar;
2. Above 5 years of working experience, 1 years same position experiences;
3. Passion for HR;
4. Strong on planning and implementation, deliver the result.
5. Willing to learn, hard working;
6. A team player and fast adapter;
7. Ability to handle pressure and manage conflicting demands;
8. Familiar with MS Office;
