职位描述：
会与运营经理负责会议、峰会、展会的资料收集、会场布置、现场管理和运营、客户服务等内容。需要能够接受出差，性格开朗、自信、沟通协调能力强，工作抗压能力强。
Conference operations manager deals with conference materials collection, logistics planning, onsite event management, coustomer services, it requires the person to be able to travel frequently, outgoing personality, a high level of confidence, excellent negociation and communications skills and able to work under pressure.

Responsibilities 职责
? Strategically negotiate hotel and vendor contracts and communicate event expectations through spec orders and BEO evaluation
? 和会议酒店保持密切沟通，确保会议预期完全实现
? Track attendee registration & sponsorship status, pushing for sponsorship materials
? 负责会议赞助商和代表注册，收集赞助商必要资料和注册代表信息
? Set up and facilitate site reviews to conceptualize and plot the entire conference experience
? 负责会场布置和设施安排
? Market site review concepts to Conference Directors, assist in customizing brochure copy, and document/diagram all logistics
? 会场和会务相关资料收集、整理和会场物品的运输安排
? Run event planning meetings with staff across multiple departments to review and collaborate on all details of the program
? 和多个部门协作确保会务细节完善
? Interview and hire conference aids as needed
? 负责招聘会务助理（若有需要）

任职要求
Minimum Qualifications
? Bachelors Degree 本科以上学历
? Experiences with Media, PR, Conference, Exhibition or related fields 有会议、展览、媒体、公关等相关领域工作经验
? Proficient in Microsoft Office, including mail merge and Excel 熟练使用办公软件
? Excellent writing skills 书写能力优秀
? Strong proof-reading skills 阅读能力优秀
? Excellent English Skills 全面而优秀的英文能力
? Knowledge of CVENT a plus 对会议、峰会、展会行业有深刻了解者优先
? Ability to travel 30% (dates of travel range from 2-8 days) 能接受经常出国、出差（有10%-30%的时间差旅）
