PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
基本职责:
This position will perform a broad range of HR and administration tasks within general procedures established by superiors, proactively exercise independent judgment and discretion in such tasks as managing learning & development, performance & talent management, employee relations, EHS, etc.

-Manage all employee relationships, understand employee issues, grievances, complaints, feedback, suggestions, employee satisfaction survey, etc. and provide feedback to management
负责员工关系管理,了解员工问题、申诉、投诉、反馈、建议和员工满意度调查等并反馈给管理层
-Plan and manage all employee events – annual staff dinner, family day, Games Day, special festivities (mooncake, birthdays, etc.)
策划并管理员工活动,包括年会、家庭日、游戏日、特殊节日(中秋节、生日等)
-Manage labour relationships with local authorities (Talent Center, Labor Bureau, relevant universities, etc.)
负责维护与当地政府机关(人才市场、劳动局、相关大学等)
-Lead employee survey program and follow-up survey result, make action plan and implementation
主导员工调查项目,跟踪调查结果,制定行动计划并实施
- Contact with HHP Lawyers for any labor arbitration cases

-Manage security guards and the patrol system of the facility.

REQUIREMENTS
要求:
1. University Degree with major in Human Resources, business management or other related fields.
本科学历,人力资源、企业管理或其他相关专业
2. At least 5 years of HR operational experience in a dynamic and diverse work environment
5年以上HR相关工作经验
3. Strong HR management track record with knowledge in employee development and employee relations.
熟悉员工发展和员工关系相关HR项目跟踪管理
4. Experienced in talent selection, high sensitivity, good judgement

5. Fluency in English (reading, writing and speaking)
