职位描述：
Key responsibilities:Responsible for dies and hemming die maintenance 负责冲压及包边模具维护
1. Responsible for dies and hemming die repair and maintenance work according to PM plan;
负责根据PM计划进行模具及包边模具维护及维修；
2. Cooperate with IE in the implementation change the die and buyoff;
同IE一同实施模具的更改及验收；
3. Responsible for dies adjustment in line, in strict accordance with the press line safety operate procedures operating rule strictly. If there is something wrong, report to team leader immediately;
负责模具在线调整，严格按照冲压线安全操作规程进行操作，如果发现问题及时报告给班长；
4. Obey each security rule in stamping shop strictly, participate each security activity, forbid the unprofessional operation and operation without certificate;
严格遵守冲压车间安全操作纪律，参与安全活动，严禁违规及无证操作；
5. Obey the team management, and accomplish other arranging temporary work;
遵守团队管理，完成其他临时性工作；
Qualification:1.Junior college degree and above
                        大专及以上学历
                  2.Minimum of 3 years of stamping die and hemming die experience
至少三年的冲压模具相关经验
3. Know the basic knowledge and process of outer panel stamping dies;
具备外板冲压模具相关基本知识；
4. Be familiar with skill of dies repair and tryout;
具备模具维修及调试技能；
5. Grasp the base skill of operate the tryout press;
掌握调试压机操作基本技能；
6. Understand and grasp common machining processing related skills;
了解及掌握普通机加相关技能；
7. Be familiar with skill of large size dies and hemming die maintenance;
熟练掌握大型模具及包边模具维护技能；
8. Team player, self-motivated;
具备团队合作精神，工作积极主动；
9. Basic English skill;
基本的英语能力；
