What are my responsibilities?

You will be responsible for producing and pursuing sales leads for the property, maintaining responsibility for and optimize the designated portfolio of accounts; implement the agreed tactical sales plans that focus on market niches and segments identified in the marketing plan; maintain close, frequent communications within and across properties on accounts and prospective customers; site inspection – conduct whenever necessary and liaison with property operations; provide timely information flows in accordance with the required sales administration process; monitor and develop assigned accounts to ensure the achievement of sales targets; process all reservations and lease agreement in a timely and efficient manner.


What do I need to qualify for this job?

You need to be proficient in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills; possess minimum of 2 years prior experience in similar capacity of four or five-star hotel; good corporate network/ relationships; be able to work under minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment; good team player. 举报 分享
