职位描述：
1、对拟投资项目的会计核算和相关财务管理提出改进意见和决策支持；
2、对已投资项目的运营情况、经营质量及战略推进进行监控；
3、搜集整理基金投后项目经营资料，定期撰写投后管理报告及基金报告；
4、对基金项目投后管理中发现的问题及时报告，并协助制定解决方案，指导和督促项目企 业整改；
5、制定基金投后管理工作制度及流程；
6、整理和管理公司基金投后项目的相关文件、合同等其他资料；
7、与公司相关部门沟通协作做好基金的信息披露事务；

职位要求：
1、硕士及以上学历，金融、财会、法律、经济管理等相关专业；
2、至少三年以上金融行业相关工作经验，具有基金投资或项目监管工作经验者优先考虑； 具备四大工作经验者优先考虑；
3、熟悉会计制度和财税法规，精通财务预算、资金运营、内部审计等流程；
4、良好的团队协作能力、具有较好的沟通能力，思维逻辑性强，能适应出差；
5、具有CPA证书、基金从业资格者优先。
