职位描述：
1) End to end life cycle management, from employee on boarding to exit interview whole process management.
2) Reporting and master database updating: including but not limited in HR monthly report, hiring status report, turnover rate report and other irregular report.
3) ER : employee engagement and activities
4) Project : to support site relocation and employee retention project with highly involvement.
5) L&D: to coordinate annual training plan and implementation

职位要求：

2）3 to 5 years working experience
