Key Account Manager
Job purpose
The job holder is responsible for achieving the sales target of assigned customers and the implementing the Crystallized Elements brand, through working closely with all other business functions of CCB GC organization, for the assigned key accounts, supporting them and developing new customers, segments and business areas.
Main duties
1. Achieve the sales goal and ensure the CSE brand implementation
2. Implement CRM/CPM (focus on KA) to increase sales
3. Enlarge the customer base, identify and develop potential segments and territories
4. Develop, offer and implement added value and customized services to partners and key accounts
5. Conduct and present annual sales and key account development plan
key accountabilities
1. Achievement of sales target and brand implementation
2. New customer, segment and territory development
3. Delivery of value added services to partners, key accounts and decision makers
4. Able to identify customer needs and provide them with tailor-made solution and services, in other term, effective customer relation management.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above.
2. 5+ year sales and marketing experience, BD experiences prefer
3. Good Influencing skill
4. Good Convincing skill
5. Excellent Listening to the needs of our customer
6. Good command of Mandarin & English (Both written & spoken)
7. Skilled in MS Office
