职位描述：
Position Description
1. In summary, this role is responsible for project material purchasing, make manufacturing plan to make sure the projects on time delivery.
2.Making material plan according to project demand and safety stock, responsible for some raw materials quotation and bargain. Sign purchasing contracts with suppliers, and place PO. Follow up PO delivery and deal with payment.
3.Making manufacturing plan, and eliminate all the related blocks (Material, Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality issues) to facilitate the project delivery on time.
4.Handling supplier quality issue and arrange return and exchange
5.Provide material cost and lead time analysis support in the project quotation phase.
6.Dynamic monitoring materials stock level, and keep it healthy.

Position Requirements
1.Excellent at effective communication, open mind and team work spirit;
2.Goal orientation mind and can work under pressure;
3.Good Windows Office skill, be capable of data processing and analysis, proficient level of using ERP system planning and purchasing modular;
4.Good Oral and Writing English skill;
5.Strong sense of responsibility and mission;
6.Quick learner;
7.Project procurement or Valve industry planning/purchasing working experience will be preferred:
