Maxim's sales team is a globally-aligned enterprise, dedicated to delivering continually improving value-added services to our customers that, in turn, drive revenue for company.
Responsibilities:
1. Taking the leadership to promote Maxim products to customers' projects and to achieve the Design Win goals;
2. Making routine quotation and periodical contract price negotiation;
3. Satisfying the customers and serving as interface to smooth the delivery channel and remove all the obstacles of the businesses;
4. Being the business leader to drive various internal partners and build team synergy and high efficient working mode;
5. Leading Maxim BU (i.e. product dept.) people to visit customer for presentations, seminars, and product tests etc. activities and making those business-related activities go smoothly and as effective as expected;
6. Taking the liability in term of sales revenue growing.
Requirements:
1. Be familiar with IC products and IC products selling, at least 2+ years of relevant sales experiences; Or as a minimum, 2+ years of sales experiences in electronic components;
2. English ability required. Good enough to do Conf Calls and emails in English;
3. Science and Technology majored university education background and an electronic technical job experiences will be preferred;
4. Open, adaptive, good inter-personal skills and able to work under stress.
