Responsibility:

• Understand the Finance functions such as Accounting, Regulatory Reporting, Settlement and Ops, provide professional support and feasible advices to various projects in Finance.
• To work on the CBRC requirement for Statistics Quality Management, including but not limited to drafting statistics policies and SOP, self-inspection and other relevant functions in accordance with the management instructions.
• To study timely updated Finance related rules and regulations, and advise on the Bank's adoption.
• To work on the New Capital Management requirements, such as Basel III implementation in China, Mark Risk charge capital control, bonds and sub-debt issuance, ratings agency requirements.
• To work on PBOC requirements on Statistics Standardization by product view in accordance with the management instructions and work allocation.
• To cater for on-site inspection from local authorities.
• To work on system upgrade in line with the CBRC SQM and PBOC statistics standardization.
  New product launches support.
• To work on regular regulatory reports if necessary
  

Requirements:

• Good knowledge of accounting & finance functions, can support business functions and further improve on business acumen.
• Bachelor degree or above in accounting or finance related, preferable a qualified CPA with more than 6 years working experience in accounting /tax Big 4 or foreign bank.
• Fluent in both written and spoken English.
