职位描述：
1、全面负责项目开发的管理，确保项目计划进度、质量、安全和成本控制，保证经营目标的实现；
2、管理项目设计优化、施工把控、成本控制、进度流程，直至竣工验收、交房；
3、负责项目团队的日常管理，带领团队共同推进项目进展。

任职条件：
1、工程相关专业本科以上学历；
2、具备同岗位至少3年的工作经验及丰富的商业地产开发经验；
3、熟悉建筑、工程、成本、采购等相关专业，对房地产开发流程的管理清晰；
4、具备优秀的沟通协调能力、组织能力和优良的团队管理精神。 举报 分享
