职位描述：
岗位职责：
-遵守交易部各项规章制度，准确及时有效的完成接收到的各项投资交易指令；
-协助交易主管持续改进各项交易流程，更加有效的控制各项投资交易指令的操作风险；
-熟悉交易部各项业务流程，不断提高工作效率，为其他同事进行工作备岗；
-及时完成交易主管安排的相关工作报告的撰写以及工作报表的分析处理工作；
-接受交易主管工作安排，积极配合投资部门其他团队和公司其他部门的工作需求；
-妥善保管工作文档，配合风控和监查稽核部门工作。

任职要求：
-本科学历，金融或数理、计算机专业，具有基金/证券从业资格；
-有1-3年证券、期货、银行间市场交易经验；
-具备良好的沟通能力，英语大学4级以上，若有良好的英语听说读写能力优先考虑；
-能熟练使用Office，特别是excel，若有微软认证证书，可使用VB编程者可优先考虑；
-勤奋踏实，能吃苦，有较强的主观能动性；
-工作严谨自律，个人定位清晰。 举报 分享
