Objectives
1. Comply EHS policy.
2. Ensure the necessary conditions for achievement of the Project’s financial targets
3. Be the economic and financial advisor to the Project Manager
4. Prepare, along with the PM, the periodic Project Reviews, including the Project Cost Monitoring and provide all the relevant financial analysis
5. Control the project results through close involvement with the Project Manager and ensure full use of the risk and opportunities management tool
6. Assure customer invoicing is done as soon as possible and play an active role in achieving payment from customer in the due time. Process supplier invoices.
7. Respect of Transport Project processes and tools
8. Specially follow-up the implementation of cash improvement actions and promote the cash culture in the project
9. Control the budget of the project and manage the allocation process of Work Packages
10. Participate in the project Steering Committee, Risk analysis meetings and all decision-making concerning financial or contractual aspects of the project
11. Challenge the Estimate To Complete in order to maximize the project margin.
Requirements
1. Bachelor degree or above in finance or engineering education + financial training
2. Min 5 years’ experience in a MNC, prefer to be in an industrial site
3. Good analytical and synthetic skills - able to analyze, evaluate and process information and data
4. Able to influence, challenge and engage people in a diplomatic manner
5. Good command of English
6. Master user of Microsoft software
