Job Description

Position Summary: Responsible for projects management of CoC Media deliveries for Harman infotainment system.

Job Responsibilities:
? Overall Lead and primary interface to a CPM (Customer Programs Management)
? Responsible for CPM level dashboard (with support from domain function owners) and reporting project status on a regular cadence
? Works closely with Product Owners on overall deliverables and cascading customer dates
? Accountable for delivering the product(s) to customer according to the promised scope, schedule, budget and quality
? Responsible for adhering to the defined standard processes and helping to improve these processes
? Responsible for direct communication of technical status and program progress with customer, the internal team through regular meetings, and internal management.
? Responsible to ensure proper Requirements Engineering according to defined processes in his/her project
? Responsible for ensuring the quality of the data in Jira and Doors.
? Responsible for risk management in his/her project
? First level of escalation for issues inside his/her project
? Location in Shanghai & Chengdu.

Basic Qualifications:
? Master degree in Electronic Engineering or computer science with 8+ years experience in the area of automotive electronics or consumer electronics or software development
? 5+ years project mangaer experience with consumer electronics software applications, ideally in an agile development environment and / or proven expertise in the Scrum Master/ Project Manager role.
? Fundamental knowledge in multimedia / software architecture.
? True professional, business-oriented and result focused. He/she works well organized and methodically to follow-up on projects.
? Demonstrated leadership talent to provide direction, motivation and insights to the project team members
? Experience in leading multi-cultural teams, and work experience in foreign countries (e.g. US, Germany, Korea) is beneficial .
? Excellent in presentations, good moderator and communicator with good negotiating skills
? Professional project management certificate (PMP, PRINCE2) and Scrum Master certificate (CSM) are preferred. 举报 分享
